You can use fat free mayo and splenda for a healthier option.
Ingredients:
9 cups broccoli florets cut into bite size pieces (about 5 stalks of broccoli)
1 cup chopped red onion
2 cups red seedless grapes, cut in halves
1 cup craisins
1 lb. bacon cooked and crumbled
1 can mandarin oranges
1 cup cashew pieces

Dressing:
Combine until smooth:
1 1/4 cups mayo
3 T. cider vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
