Creamy Cheesy Corn

Slow Cooker Creamed Corn

On Christmas, I wanted to make creamed corn, but I didn’t have any cream. I found this recipe and it was great! Everyone loved it. I topped it with some shredded Parmesan cheese the last 1/2 hr or so. Yum!
Ingredients:
* 1 1/4 (16 ounce) packages frozen corn kernels
* 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
* 1/2 cup butter
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1 tablespoon white sugar
* salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a slow cooker, combine corn, cream cheese, butter, milk, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Cook on High for 2 to 4 hours, or on Low for 4 to 6 hours.
