BBQ Meatloaf

Description:
The best meatloaf ever!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp. dried minced onion
1/3 cup french fried onion
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2/3 cup dried bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2lbs. ground beef
Topping:
real bacon bits
french fried onions
shredded cheddar cheese
BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and ketchup
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. ( I use my kitchenaid and it mixes great! )Shape into a loaf in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish.
2. Make a mixture of BBQ sauce, ketchup, and brown sugar to taste. I use about equal parts or so.
Cover the Meat loaf with sauce mixture.
Sprinkle bacon bits, french fried onions, and cheddar cheese over the top.
2. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 70-80 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F. Drain; let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
