Description:
Ingredients:
1 head chopped lettuce
3 green onions,chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 can waterchestnuts
1 pkg frozen peas
2 c. mayo
Topping:
3 tomatoes, chopped
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions:
Layer 1st five ingredients in 9 x 13 pan
Mix mayo and sugar and spread on top, cover and refridgerate overnight.
Top with tomatoes, eggs, and bacon
